My Philosophy
The experience of pregnancy and birth is one that will never be forgotten. From the moment of birth, and arguably, conception, we are imprinted upon by our environment. Your birth matters; how you give birth, with whom, under what circumstances, and how you feel when you reflect back upon your experience will all be ingrained into you for a lifetime.
The evidence tells us that “feeling educated and empowered throughout a laboring experience is the single, most influential factor that leads to a positive birthing experience”.
